If surfing, or at least surf appreciating is your thing, then head on down to the Del Mar Fairgrounds this weekend for The Boardroom International Surfboard Show. The 2 day event begins on Saturday, October 6th at 10 a.m. and will feature live shaping seminars, movie screenings, book signings, live music, a longboard skate competition with prize money, surfboard demos, a paddle contest, surprise celebrity guests, a 'State of the Surfboard Industry' Q&A, shaping contests, a live auction of one-of-a-kind surfboards benefiting SURFAID, and a tribute to four-time World Champion Mark Richards in which well-known shapers will be live shaping replicas of MR's famous boards.
