"It's the end of another awesome day here in Encinitas I just tucked my little one into bed and I'm relaxing on the sofa looking around at the home my husband and I just purchased with the help of Guy Bahringer. I could just pinch myself In this crazy real estate market, how did we manage to get into the perfect home for our family in the exact neighborhood where we wanted to be?! When I look back on the process, I think the best decision we made was choosing Guy as our real estate agent. We found him when we googled the name of some of the neighborhoods we were researching and we liked the information he provided on the Living West Realty website. After meeting with Guy, we didn't bother talking to any other agents because we felt such an excellent rapport with him. Right away, we could sense that he was a listener who genuinely tried to understand us and our lifestyle and what we needed in a home. And every time we met or spoke, he was always fully present with us and continued to deepen that understanding. Guy has a lot of knowledge about the area and since we were moving here from out of town, it was really helpful to learn from him. It took a few tries before we had an accepted offer (it's hard to compete against those cash offers). But we were blessed to have missed out on those earlier ones because where we ended up is perfect for us. And Guy could see that and really encouraged us to make it happen. Our escrow had some stressful moments and during those times I was very thankful to have an agent that I could communicate with really well. I had a tremendous amount of confidence in Guy to steer us safely through. As a negotiator, he had a good sense of when to be tough and when to be flexible. He's fair-minded and I trusted his advice.
