Miramar Air Show Kicks Off Tomorrow

The annual Marine Corps Air Station Miramar Air Show, the largest military air show in the nation, begins tomorrow, October 12th and runs through Sunday October 14th. This years theme is 'Marines in Flight: Celebrating 50 Years of Space Exploration,' and will be commemorating the achievements of both aviators and men involved with NASA programs. Exciting aerial performances from military and civilian pilots will take place on both days including a special show from the world famous U.S. Navy Blue Angels. There will also be exhibits of past and present military equipment, air show memorabilia, military aircraft to explore, and plenty of refreshments.
