Guy Bahringer is the go-to expert on the purchase and sale of beach and coastal real estate for one reason: He is passionate about the coastal lifestyle. He has lived and sold Real Estate on the California Coast for over 23 years. Guy earned a Biology Degree at UC Santa Cruz in the early 90s. At that time, he was a national contending water polo player, lifeguard, and avid surfer. He has now added Sailing and Sailboat Racing to his list of coastal hobbies and gets out into the wind and surf as often as his work schedule allows.
