About Guy

Being a Surfer, Sailor, Beachcomber and all-around beach enthusiast his entire life, Guy has a deep appreciation for the Central California Coast.  It provides a healthy and inspired lifestyle. Helping others obtain and enjoy that lifestyle is an honor and joy for Guy.

After graduating with a degree in Biology from UC Santa Cruz, he then pursued various entrepreneurial business opportunities including Real Estate Development. He got his Real estate license in 2002, and opened his own Coastal Real Estate Brokerage in 2006.  For over 2 decades now, Guy has represented Sellers and Buyers of luxury coastal real estate. 

His clients know him to be a highly skilled negotiator, and as a true ally who has their interests in mind at every turn.  Leveraging his over 20 years of Selling coastal real estate, as well as his background in building and development, Guy is who you want on your side when selling or purchasing your coastal property.  Sellers benefit from his market knowledge, over 2 decades of real estate negotiation, and his keen focus on being at the leading edge of luxury home preparation and marketing.  Buyers benefit from his intimate knowledge of neighborhoods, hidden opportunities as well as community codes and restrictions.
