Welcome to Avila!

Avila is a fantastic beach town at the south end of the SLO Coast. Just South of San Luis Obispo, Avila is home to a protected sailboat anchorage, pier, and beaches. The quaint town overlooking this coastal scene, with shops and restaurants, has a little something for everyone. Blue Moon over Avila, a wine bar and restaurant is my favorite spot to take in a sunset with delicious French inspired foods and great wines. Also home to the Avila Beach Golf Resort, Sycamore Mineral Springs and Resort, the Bob Jones trail and various other hiking trails, as well as a secluded little beach and anchorage at Pirate's Cove.
